Dashboard tour
After signing in you land on the XCore portal at /app. It’s a hub that lists every XCore you have access to across your tenant. From here you tunnel into a specific site to see its live status, alarms, and settings.
The top bar
Across the top of every page:
- Xcentrix logo — click to return to the portal home.
- Your display name — click for the user menu (profile, sign out).
- Three status pills:
- Network — your browser’s connection to
cloud.xcentrix.net. - Internet — the cloud’s reachability of the public internet.
- Peer — cross-region cluster status (informational; always green under normal operation).
- Network — your browser’s connection to
- Clock — live, server-provided time.
The left sidebar

Items that need a selected site stay greyed out until you open an XCore from the portal.
The XCore cards
The main content area shows “Your XCores” followed by a grid of cards — one per XCore you have access to. Each card displays:
- Status dot — green for “online”, grey for “offline”
- XCore display name (set by your admin)
- Last seen — e.g., “1 hour ago”
- Uptime — e.g., “45d 12h”
- Firmware version
- External IP of the site
Click a card to open that site. The sidebar links then act on the selected site until you return to the portal from the Xcentrix logo in the top bar.
What’s not here yet
- Live zone tiles on the portal page itself. For now the portal shows XCore cards; detailed per-zone status lives inside each site’s tunnel view.
Where to go next
- Alarms — how alarm states, acknowledgement, and escalation work.
- Notifications — configuring who gets paged and how.
